As soon as you create a profile with us, your job hunt begins. We'll be able to consider you for projects we're staffing and outside clients will be able to contact you about additional opportunities. After you upload your information, you just put on your flip-flops, kick back, relax, and wait for the calls.
For Clients
We offer three distinct and totally flexible staffing options for you.
- Full Service Placement. This has all the bells and whistles. Pick up the phone, tell us what you need and we do everything else. No fuss, no worries and no liabilities.
- Payrolling. This allows you to source and select staff on your own terms. You pay less and we handle everything else - taxes, insurance, remembering to wish the talent a happy birthday, etc.
- Self Service. The DIY option for the truly motivated. This way, you can hire the talent you want on your own terms, though it doesn't come with the services and safeguards we build into our top tier options.
