No strings attached. We want to help our candidates be exposed to as many job opportunities as possible and we want clients to see the incredible variety of candidates we have to offer, so we're happy to pay for a little extra bandwidth.

Here's how it works

If you want Icon Freelance Associates to conduct a full service placement, including Contract, Temp-to-Hire, and Direct Hire placement, we'll take care of everything. You can call or email us with the specifics of your job requirements and we'll take it from there. No fuss or hassles. To say that we make it easy for you is the understatement of the millennium.

You can also choose our payrolling option, which allows you to source and select staff on your own terms. Feel free to post your open positions and browse the candidate profiles here. Remember, there's no charge for this! After you've chosen your staff and worked out the particulars of their contract, we handle everything else - taxes, insurance, remembering to wish the talent a happy birthday, etc.

The third way to staff your project is the DIY option. By going the self-staffing route, you can hire the talent you want on your own terms, though it doesn't come with the services and safeguards we build into our top tier options. If you're choosing this option, you should definitely post your jobs here, because - like we keep telling you - it's 100% free.

All we ask is that only real client companies post jobs here (If you're just some guy looking for an "intern," this isn't the place for you). We'll do a quick background check when you submit your first listing to confirm you are who you say you are and after that you can post as many jobs as you like.
